Electrified Porsche safety and diagnostics
A charging or hybrid warning can involve 12-volt supply, thermal management, charging equipment, high-voltage isolation or control software. It does not automatically identify a failed traction battery.
How a technician distinguishes possible causes
Confirm the warning and charger behavior, inspect the low-voltage system and use approved diagnostics. High-voltage components require qualified technicians, isolation procedures and PPE. Do not open or test energized components without proper training.
Repair and post-repair verification
Only advertise high-voltage repairs supported by the shop's actual qualifications and equipment; verify charging and thermal behavior after approved work.
An EV charging problem, power-system warning or display issue may involve external charging equipment, 12-volt supply, software or high-voltage components.
